An old dating app hookup resurfaces.

Recommend listening: Awkward by San Cisco

Index:

Charles - Charles uses the Choppr app to meet guys. He’s not interested in a relationship and generally doesn’t meet the same guy twice. He’s a nice guy so people tend to get attached but Charles is not into that.

Andrew - Andrew met Charles using the Choppr app a while ago but they haven’t spoken since.

Choppr - Dating app. Meet local guys on this social media app! It’s so easy!

The vengeful dead - Ever since Steve showed up, monsters, the dead and the undead have been a lot more active and prone to anger. They will not be ignored any longer.

Background:

The idea that you could be using a dating app and watch the location get closer and closer as they bring up more and more personal information was… spooky. So wrote a story about it. The idea that more of the dead were lashing out pre-apocalypse along with the vampires and werewolves was something I wanted to establish here.
